Terms

These Terms and Conditions prevail in the event of any conflict or inconsistency with any other communications, including advertising or promotional materials for the Old El Paso ‘Sizzling Fajita Fridays’ campaign. Claim instructions are deemed to form part of the Terms and Conditions and by participating, all customers will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by the Terms and Conditions. Please retain a copy for your information.

1. Duration of Promotion:


  1. Purchase Period: The period for purchase opens 00:01 Monday 26th May 2025 and ends at 23:59 Sunday 31st August 2025. There may be qualifying products bearing promotional packaging still available in retailers after 31st August 2025. Any products purchased after this date will not be valid for claiming in this promotion.
  2. Promotional Period: Claims must be made between 00:01 Monday 26th May 2025 and 23:59 Monday 15th September 2025. All claims received after the closing date of the Promotional Period will not be accepted.



2. Eligibility:


  1. This promotion is open to UK residents aged 18 or over, excluding employees and the immediate families of the Promoter, its subsidiaries, other group companies, its agents, or anyone else professionally connected with this promotion.

  2. Current valid email address required. Internet access required. Purchase necessary.

  3. Retain receipt/proof of purchase showing date of Qualifying Product purchase during the Purchase Period and that date must be prior to date of claim. Purchase of a minimum of two products is and all purchased Qualifying Products for each claim must be clearly shown on the same receipt/proof of purchase.

  4. Maximum of 5 entries per person across the Promotional Period. Maximum of 1 prize per person.



3. Qualifying Old El Paso products:


The Promoter has estimated demand for qualifying products during this promotion. However, it is possible that demand is inconsistent, and stocks of certain products may be depleted prior to the end of the Purchase Period. 4. How to participate:


Customer journey
Customers must purchase a minimum of 2 x promotional Old El Paso Fajita kits in a single transaction in-store or online from a Participating Retailer during the Purchase Period to qualify for the reward. For all purchases, the customer must enter the below information at www.sizzlingfajitafridayswitholdelpaso.co.uk during the Promotional Period.


  • Full name
  • Current valid email address
  • Upload proof of purchase; a photo or scan of receipt or online confirmation
  • Once submitted, the proof of purchase will be reviewed within 3 working days.
  • Once approved, customer will receive an email with a unique claim link which will direct customers to gamification that will reveal if they have won a prize or discount code.
  • Customer will be emailed within 3 working days of valid entry with the claim details and next step to receiving their BBQ or using their Reward.

5. Prize & Reward:


Prize: There are up to 3,000 prizes available to be won in total, consisting of: 1 x Weber Q1200N Barbeques with comp stand.


  • Winner will be entitled to receive one (1) Weber Q1200N BBQ with Comp stand. The prize is awarded as stated and is strictly non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and non-assignable. No cash alternative, credit, or substitution of the prize, in whole or in part, will be offered or permitted under any circumstances. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with another of equal or greater value should the stated prize become unavailable for any reason beyond its control. The winner must provide their first name, acceptance of prize and confirm their delivery details in the email to the Administrator within 14 days. If you do not accept your prize within 14 days your prize will be forfeited and added back the prize pool. The winner must consent to passing these details onto the Fulfilment agency for delivery of their prize. Customer will receive their prize within 28 days of prize claim and the completion of the verification process.

  • Reward: Weber 20% voucher.
    This voucher entitles the customer to 20% off RRP on grills and accessories at Weber.com. Discount can’t be used in conjunction with any other offer. Vouchers cannot be used for purchasing grill academy courses of gift cards. Customer must select their chosen products, add to their basket and enter their unique code at checkout in the ‘Have a promo code’ field. The 20% discount will then be taken off their spend. This voucher will expire 23:59 30th October 2025.


The prize and rewards are non-transferable, cannot be resold, auctioned, or exchanged and cannot be redeemed in whole or part for cash. In the event of circumstances outside of the Promoter’s control, the Promoter reserves the right to provide (in whole or in part) an alternative r prize reward (as applicable) of equal or greater value.



6. Winner Selection:


During the Promotional Period, the prize has been randomly allocated and linked to a winning moment that has been randomly pre-selected by a secure, independently verified computer programme. The ‘moment’ is an exact time, randomly chosen by a computer – if you’re the first person to successfully register at www.sizzlingfajitafridayswitholdelpaso.co.uk on or after one winning moment, you will be awarded the Prize allocated to the winning moment. There are 3,000 Weber Q1200N BBQs w/comp stand available to be won. Total number of promotional packs is 600,000. No guarantee all prizes will be won.

Customers who do not enter at the time of the winning moment, will be rewarded with a 20% Weber discount code to be redeemed on www.weber.com/GB/en/home/. See clause 5 for reward details.



7. Prize & Reward Claim:


The winner will be notified online instantly after valid entry if they have won the Prize and will also be sent a confirmation email. The winner will then have 14 days from initial notification to confirm acceptance of prize, give consent to pass their contact details on to the Prize Fulfilment Agency and provide the relevant details (full name, phone number, proof of identification and delivery address) claim their prize.

In the case that the winner does not respond in time, reject their prize or is ineligible, the prize will be reallocated to another randomly selected winning moment if during the Promotional Period.

If a non-winning entrant, customer will receive an email within 3 working days with a unique code that will give them 20% discount off www.weber.com. Customer must input this at the point of checkout in the ‘Have a promo code’ field. Their discount will then be taken off their basket spend.



9. Prize and Reward Delivery:


The Prizes will be delivered by courier within 28 days of valid Prize claim and the completion of the verification process.

Rewards will be delivered via email to the email address provided to non-winning entrants 3 working days after valid entry.



10. General:


It is the responsibility of the customer to provide correct, up-to-date details when participating in the promotion. The Promoter cannot be held responsible for customers failing to supply accurate information which affects prize or reward claim or delivery of their prize or reward.


Neither the Promoter, nor its agents or distributors can accept liability for lost, stolen or damaged rewards. Lost or stolen rewards will not be replaced.


Each receipt is for one (1) claim only. Once you have submitted your claim, that receipt will no longer be valid for further retries. Any attempts to enter the receipt more than once or receipts not intended for use in this promotion, may result in disqualification and all such claims will be declared void.


Entries (bulk or otherwise) made from trade, syndicates, consumer groups or third parties will not be accepted. If it becomes apparent that a participant is reposting the same content multiple times or using a computer(s) to circumvent this or any other condition by, for example, the use of ‘script’, ‘brute force’ or any other automated means, that person’s entries will be disqualified, and any prize award will be void.


Incomplete, illegible, invalid or misdirected entries and/or claims will not be accepted. Proof of sending will not be accepted as proof of delivery. The Promoter takes no responsibility for entries and/or claims delayed, incomplete or lost due to technical reasons or otherwise.


The Promoter and the Administrator reserve the right to require customers to provide verification of their identity including date of birth and eligibility including original documents (passport, driving licence or equivalent form of identification clearly showing the customer’s date of birth) and requesting proof of purchase which they must provide within 14 days from request. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse to award the reward or withdraw the reward entitlement and/or refuse further participation in the promotion and disqualify the customer where there are reasonable grounds to believe there has been a breach of these Terms and Conditions, the spirit of the promotion, any instructions forming part of this promotion’s claim requirements or otherwise where a customer has gained and unfair advantage in participating or claimed using fraudulent means.


Insofar as permitted by law, the Promoter, the Administrator, their agents and distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate or accept any liability for personal loss, damage or injury suffered by any customer entering the promotion or accepting your reward. Your statutory rights are unaffected. Nothing shall limit or exclude the Promoter’s liability for death or personal injury its negligence.


In the event of circumstances outside the reasonable control of the Promoter, or otherwise where fraud, abuse, and/or an error (human or computer) affects or could affect the proper operation of this promotion, and only where circumstances make this unavoidable, the Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the promotion or these Terms and Conditions, at any stage or invalidate any affected claims.. If an act, omission, event or circumstance occurs which is beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter and which prevents the Promoter from complying with these Terms and Conditions (including but not limited to global or regional health crises, weather conditions, fire, flood, strike, hurricane, industrial dispute, war, terrorist activity, hostilities, political unrest, riots, civil commotion, epidemic, pandemic, famine, plague or other natural calamities and acts of God), the Promoter will not be liable for any failure to perform or delay in performing its obligation but will always endeavour to minimise the effect to participants in order to avoid undue disappointment.


The Promoter has no control over internet or communication networks and is not liable for any problems associated with them due to traffic congestion, technical malfunction or otherwise. The Promoter will not be held liable to any individual for any fraud committed by any third party nor for any event beyond its control including, but not limited to, user error and any network, computer, hardware or software failures of any kind which may restrict, delay or prevent a participant’s claim to the promotion.

The Promoter’s decision is final all promotional matters and no correspondence will be entered into.


If any of these clauses should be determined to be illegal, invalid or otherwise unenforceable then it shall be severed and deleted from these Terms and Conditions and the remaining clauses shall survive and remain in full force and effect.


The Administrator is responsible for fulfilling the reward. Any personal data captured in the fulfilment of the promotion will only be used for validation of claims, claim notification and for administering the Promotion, unless you have expressly consented for it to be used for any other purposes (for example, in subscribing to the Promoter’s or the Administrator’s marketing newsletters). Your personal details be kept confidential and in accordance with current data protection legislation. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the law of the relevant country for each customer, and customers submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the relevant country they reside in.
